At SurgeGlide, we maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure you receive peak-performance components. Due to the highly technical nature of E-bike systems (motors, controllers, displays, etc.), please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. 🚫 Non-Quality Related Returns

All Sales Are Final. To maintain the integrity of our high-precision stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons, including:

  • Ordering incorrect parts or sizes.
  • Personal preference or change of mind.
  • Compatibility issues with third-party systems.

2. ⚠️ Product Defect or Transit Damage

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged during shipping:

  • ⏳ Strict 3-Day Window: You must email us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for claims.
  • 📧 Contact: Email lyon@surgeglide.com. We guarantee a response within 48 hours.
  • 📑 Requirements: Please include your Order Number and high-quality photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

3. 🛠️ Technical Assessment & Refunds

  • Evaluation: Our technical team will review your claim. Once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full product refund.
  • Refund Limitation: Refunds apply to the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. ❗ Mandatory Installation Notice

STOP & TEST: We strongly recommend conducting a "Bench Test" (testing the part before it is mounted to the bike) to verify functionality.

Eligibility Warning: Any parts showing signs of:

  • ✂️ Cut or spliced wires
  • 🔥 Soldering or heat damage
  • 🔓 Unauthorized disassembly
  • 🚲 Significant installation wear
    ...will be ineligible for a refund or replacement, even if a defect exists. Permanent modification voids all warranty claims.
