Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Quality Issues)

We accept returns and exchanges even if there is no product quality issue.

However, the following conditions apply:

  • A 10% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • The product must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all accessories included
  • Returns must be requested within the eligible return period stated on the website

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.

2. Quality Issues / Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives with any quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

3. Warranty Policy

All SurgeGlide products come with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date the product is delivered.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or modification
  • Physical damage or accidents
  • Water damage beyond rated protection
  • Misuse or unauthorized repairs

4. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility before purchase
  • Electrical components (controllers, batteries, motors) should be installed by professionals
  • SurgeGlide reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection
