14-Day Return Window (Unopened Only): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery ONLY if the battery is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with all security seals intact.
Opened or Used Batteries: For safety and legal reasons, we CANNOT accept returns for any opened, installed, or used batteries, unless our technical team verifies a manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping & Hazmat Fees: Buyers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs, including mandated Hazmat (Class 9 Dangerous Goods) handling fees, certified shipping labels, and compliant packaging.
Restocking Fee: All eligible battery returns are subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee to cover safety inspection, testing, and processing
